YTS - FM06 - COLORFUL COLOR STIR

A coated-wire whisk for tint bowls — mixes smooth, without scratching.

A small balloon whisk sized for colour work. Six coated wire loops cut through colour and developer quickly and get into the curve of the bowl, so you're not left with unmixed cream around the edge.

The wires are coated rather than bare metal, which means nothing metallic goes into the mix and nothing scratches the inside of a plastic tint bowl. The handle is a polished stainless steel tube with a hanging loop at the end, so it lives on a hook by the colour bar rather than in a drawer.

How to Use

Measure your developer into the bowl, add the colour or lightener, and whisk until the mix is completely smooth with no streaks. Work the whisk around the curve of the bowl so nothing is left sitting at the edge.

Rinse thoroughly under running water straight after use, before the product dries onto the wires. Shake out and hang to dry.

Cautions

• Rinse immediately after use — dried colour and lightener are difficult to remove once set into the wires
• Retire the whisk if the coating splits, chips or peels. Exposed wire will scratch bowls and puts bare metal into the mix
• Do not use the whisk to scrape or lever product out of a bowl — use a spatula or brush
• Do not soak. The handle is a hollow tube and water trapped inside will not dry out
• Not a substitute for following your colourant's own mixing instructions
• Keep out of reach of children

Storage

Hang by the loop with the handle pointing down so any water inside the tube can drain. Store dry, away from direct heat.
