How ordering and delivery works
NX Hair & Beauty Supplies is a trade supplier — orders are confirmed through WhatsApp rather than online checkout. Add products to your inquiry list (or message us directly), and we'll reply with your quote, including delivery cost. Once you confirm your order, we arrange dispatch.
Delivery coverage and times
We deliver nationwide across Malaysia:
- Peninsular Malaysia — typically 3–5 working days after order confirmation
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) — typically 3–7 working days after order confirmation
Large or bulky orders may need a little longer — we'll tell you the expected timing when confirming your order.
Shipping costs
Delivery cost is quoted together with your order, based on the weight, size and destination of your shipment. Your total is always confirmed with you before payment — no hidden charges.
Self-collection
You're welcome to collect your order from our retail outlet: T-063, 3rd Floor, Sungei Wang Plaza, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur — open daily, 11:00 am–7:00 pm. Just order ahead on WhatsApp and let us know when you're coming.
When your order arrives
Please check your items on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact us on WhatsApp — our Refund Policy explains how we'll put it right.
