Return & Refund Policy

NX Hair & Beauty Supplies Sdn. Bhd. is committed to supplying genuine, professional-grade products to our trade customers and partners. Orders are placed by inquiry through WhatsApp, and delivery or collection is arranged after the order is confirmed. The following terms apply once goods have been delivered or collected.

Out-of-Stock Items

We take care to keep stock on hand, but availability may change due to high demand. If an item you have ordered and paid for becomes unavailable, we will inform you promptly and either arrange a replacement, hold the order until restocked, or issue a full refund for the affected item — whichever you prefer.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Incomplete Goods

Please inspect your order on receipt. If any item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order via WhatsApp at 016-297 6299 or email nxhairbeauty@gmail.com.

For damaged or defective items, please provide:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the affected item and its packaging

Kindly keep all items, boxes, and packing materials in the condition you received them so we can inspect the goods if needed. Our team will then advise you on the next step, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund.

Missing Items

Before reporting a missing item, please remove all packing material from the box, as small items are sometimes packed inside larger ones for protection. If an item is still missing after checking, contact us within 3 business days and we will assist you.

Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes, as we begin preparing your goods promptly. If you need to amend an order, please reach us via WhatsApp as early as possible and we will do our best to help before processing begins.

Warranty

Limited Warranty. NX Hair & Beauty Supplies warrants to the original purchaser that products and parts are free from defects arising from manufacturing. The warranty period commences from the date of invoice.

This limited warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

  1. Improper use, improper installation, failure to perform regular maintenance or cleaning, or damage caused by negligence or accident by the purchaser or a third party;
  2. Modification or repair by the purchaser or any unauthorised service provider;
  3. Failure to use only genuine parts approved by NX Hair & Beauty Supplies.
