Description
A professional-grade oxidising developer designed for use with XingWei hair colour cream.
At 12% concentration (40 Vol), this developer is formulated for salon professionals requiring stronger lift and colour development. The 900ml spouted pouch makes dispensing clean and precise — no mess, no waste.
How to Use:
- Put on disposable gloves before handling.
- Mix equal parts of Colour Cream (Part A) and Developer (Part B) until evenly combined.
- Apply the mixture evenly to hair and leave for 20–35 minutes (gentle heat may be applied to accelerate processing).
- Rinse thoroughly with water.

- Perform a skin allergy patch test before colouring.
- This product is for professional use — wear appropriate gloves during application.
- Hair dye may cause serious allergic reactions.
