How to Use (Professional Use Only)

This neutralizer is Step 3 of a 3-step rebonding service. Standard manufacturer's protocol:

1. Step 1 — Softening: Wash the hair clean. Apply Step 1 softener (1号剂) to towel-dried hair (damp, not dripping). Soften for 5–25 minutes depending on hair type and condition. Monitor closely.
2. Step 2 — Rinse, dry, and flat-iron: Rinse the Step 1 softener thoroughly. Blow-dry and comb hair straight. Using a flat iron at 140–180°C, work through the hair in fine sections to straighten and smooth.
3. Step 3 — Neutralizing (this product): Apply Step 2 Neutralizer evenly to the straightened hair and process for 5–15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

1. This product system contains thioglycolic acid, ammonia, and hydrogen peroxide. Wear suitable gloves during use.
2. For professional use only. Follow instructions for use.
3. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention.
4. Do not use on pregnant women, on clients with broken or damaged scalp, or on clients with known allergies.
5. Keep out of reach of children.
6. Perform a patch test in line with standard salon practice before service.

Storage

Store at normal room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep the spout cap closed when not in use to prevent peroxide degradation. Do not store near reducing agents or metallic surfaces.
