A two-part professional curl perm system formulated for damaged hair, supplied as Agent 1 (550ml pouch) and Agent 2 Neutralizer B2 (550ml bottle).

XINGWEI Fast Curl Perm Cream S is a salon-use oxidative perm system designed for use on damaged hair. The system consists of Agent 1 (softening agent, 550ml green spouted pouch) and Agent 2 Neutralizer B2 (fixing agent, 550ml grey bottle), used at a 5:1 mixing ratio.

How to Use

For professional use only. Mix Agent 1 and Agent 2 at a 5:1 ratio.

With heat method:

1. Wash hair without conditioner; apply Agent 1 to hair and set rollers.
2. Process under heat at 80–100°C without steam for 5–25 minutes.
3. Apply Agent 2 and fix for 5–15 minutes. Remove rollers, rinse hair, and shampoo as normal.

Without heat method:

1. Wash hair without conditioner; apply Agent 1 to hair and set rollers.
2. Process at room temperature for 20–25 minutes.
3. Iron hair at 140–180°C once through. Apply Agent 2 and fix for 1–5 minutes. Rinse and shampoo.

Cautions

• Contains hydrogen peroxide and ammonium thioglycolate — wear appropriate protective gloves during use
• For professional salon use only — follow instructions carefully
• Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately with large amounts of water and seek medical attention
• Contraindicated during pregnancy, on scalp injuries, or in individuals with known allergies
• Keep out of reach of children

Storage

Store at room temperature (ambient). Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Shelf life: 3 years from manufacture date — refer to packaging for best-before date.
