How to Use
- Take a clean, evenly dampened section of hair and comb it smooth.
- Fold or wrap a sheet around the ends of the section so the tips are fully covered.
- Wind the section onto the perm rod from the ends, keeping the paper smooth and the tension even.
- Discard used papers after the service.
