A slim, elongated comb with fine teeth at one end and open teeth at the other — light in the hand, easy to control.

A slender comb built around a narrow spine, which keeps the weight down and lets you turn it quickly between cuts. The fine-tooth section runs closely spaced teeth for taking clean sections and combing hair flat, while the opposite end opens out into longer, more widely spaced teeth that pass through wet or thick hair without dragging. The tooth tips are tapered rather than blunt, so they enter the hair cleanly at the scalp. Both ends finish in a tapered corner, and the matte surface keeps its grip when your hands are wet. Model 115, in blue.

How to Use

1. Use the wider-toothed end to work through wet or tangled hair, starting at the ends and moving upward.
2. Use the same end to distribute conditioner or product through the lengths.
3. Switch to the fine-tooth end to take clean sections and comb the hair flat for cutting.
4. Rinse and wipe down after use.

Cautions

Check the comb before each use and discard it if any tooth is cracked, bent or has a rough edge — a damaged tooth will snag and can scratch the scalp. Take care at the scalp, as the tooth tips are tapered. Work through tangles gently from the ends rather than pulling from the roots. Keep away from direct heat, hot irons and open flame. Do not use as a heat-resistant comb unless the manufacturer confirms it is rated for that. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Wash and dry after use, and store flat or hanging in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
