A dual-tooth cutting comb built for working through a haircut rather than just tidying it. The fine-tooth section runs along a narrow tapered spine that sits close to the head, which is what you want for scissor-over-comb and clipper-over-comb work through the nape and around the ears. The wider teeth at the other end take over for sectioning, distributing and combing through before you cut. The spine is smooth and flat with no ridges to catch, and the matte finish gives a bit of grip when your hands are wet. Model 103, in blue.

How to Use

1. Use the wide-tooth end to detangle and distribute the hair and to take your sections.
2. Turn to the fine-tooth end for cutting — lift the section on the comb and cut against it.
3. For scissor-over-comb or clipper-over-comb work, run the tapered end of the comb flat against the head and cut along the comb's edge.
4. Rinse and wipe down after use.

Cautions

Check the comb before each use and discard it if any tooth is cracked, bent or has a rough edge — a damaged tooth will snag and can scratch the scalp. Keep away from direct heat, hot irons and open flame. Do not use as a heat-resistant comb unless the manufacturer confirms it is rated for that. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Wash and dry after use, and store flat or hanging in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
