Wella Professionals Blondor BlondorPlex 9 is a professional powder lightener from the Blondor range, incorporating BlondorPlex™ bond builder technology into the lightening formula. Designed for multi-technique use across all hair types, it is mixed with Welloxon Perfect developer and applied according to the specified usage instructions. Contains an anti-brass complex. How to Use

1. In a non-metallic bowl, mix BlondorPlex 9 with Welloxon Perfect developer at 1:1.5 or 1:2 depending on the desired degree of lightening and consistency.
2. Apply the bleaching mixture evenly to unwashed hair. Development time depends on the hair condition and desired result.
3. Check hair carefully every 5–10 minutes during processing. Do not proceed if any adverse reaction occurs — stop immediately and rinse with lukewarm water. Seek medical treatment if necessary.
4. For on-scalp applications: do not use developer higher than 20 Vol (6%). Do not mix 1:1 with developer for on-scalp use.
5. Do not use heat. Maximum development time is 50 minutes.
6. After lightening: rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Apply WellaPlex No. 2 Bond Stabilizer (2–6 pumps depending on hair length), leave on for 10 minutes, rinse, then shampoo and apply a Post Color Treatment.

Cautions

• For professional salon use only. Not for retail sale. Read and follow all directions and instructions carefully — failure to do so may result in severe chemical burn.
• This product contains persulfate salts (Potassium Persulfate and Ammonium Persulfate). Persulfates may cause skin irritation and allergic reactions in some individuals. A preliminary skin test is recommended before use.
• Do not use higher than 20 Vol (6%) developer for on-scalp application.
• Do not mix 1:1 with developer for on-scalp use.
• Do not use a heat source during processing.
• Wear suitable protective gloves. Avoid unnecessary skin contact. Use in a well-ventilated area. Shake contents to bottom of container before opening; hold away from face when opening to avoid inhaling powder.
• Avoid contact with eyes. If product contacts the eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly with running water. Seek medical advice.
• Do not use on eyelashes, eyebrows, or broken skin.
• Do not use on persons under 16 years of age.
• Do not use on scalps with rashes, sensitivity, irritation, or damaged skin.
• Do not use on anyone who has previously experienced a reaction after bleaching or highlighting.
• If foaming, steaming, or the lightener becomes hot during service, do not proceed further — rinse immediately with lukewarm water and seek medical advice if necessary.
• Keep away from heat, sparks, and naked flames. May cause fire if it comes into contact with other chemicals, paper, or flammable materials.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and open flames.
