The Venash Professional Hair Iron range gives stylists one tool design in three widths: narrow for fringes, face-framing and detail work; standard for everyday straightening; and wide for fast coverage on long, thick or high-volume hair. All three share the same ceramic plates, temperature control and body design — the only difference is plate width. Includes a branded heat-resistant storage pouch.

How to Use

1. Plug in the unit and switch it on. The red indicator light will glow, confirming the unit is powered on and heating to operating temperature.
2. Select the temperature setting. For fine, processed or fragile hair, start at the lowest setting. For normal hair, use the middle setting. For very thick, hard-to-manage hair, use the highest setting. Always test a section of hair first to determine the appropriate setting.
3. Ensure the hair is clean, dry and tangle-free. Apply a heat protectant spray to help protect the hair from heat damage.
4. Take a section and comb through. Keep the section tight.
5. Hold the unit by the handle and clamp the plates firmly onto the hair.
6. Glide the unit over the full length of the section from root to end in a smooth, continuous motion. Repeat if necessary.
7. Work from the back of the head, through the side sections, and finish at the front.
8. Take extra care to avoid contact with skin areas, especially around the neck and ears.
9. After use, switch off and unplug. Allow to cool fully before storing in the included pouch.

Cautions

• This is a high-performance unit — the heated plates reach very high temperatures within seconds. Avoid contact with the heated plates and all areas around them. Avoid skin contact.
• Do not immerse in water or liquids. Do not use near basins or other vessels containing water.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Always unplug the appliance when not in use or before cleaning.
• Do not leave unattended while switched on.
• Do not place on any heat-sensitive surface. Always allow to cool fully before storing.
• Do not wrap the cord around the appliance after use — this may damage the cord.
• If the supply cord is damaged, discontinue use immediately. The cord must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified service agent.
• No repair should be attempted by the user. Return the appliance to the retailer or the nearest service facility.
• Clean the ceramic plates with a slightly damp cloth only. Do not use abrasive materials or scratch the plates — this will damage the ceramic surface.

Storage

Allow to cool fully before storing. Store in a cool, dry place.
