The V&G Professional C40 is a corded barrel curling tong available in seven diameters, giving salons a single-platform tool that covers the full range of curl sizes from fine, defined ringlets through to large, relaxed waves. The gold-tone barrel heats evenly across its length, with a spring-loaded clamp arm for controlled sectioning and a forest green metallic handle that fits comfortably in the hand during extended use. Temperature is adjustable across 25 steps, with four LED reference markers at 180°C, 200°C, 220°C, and 240°C on the handle for quick visual reference. A single power button with an integrated indicator keeps the control layout simple and uncluttered.

Temperature Guide

• Low (settings 1–8): Fine, thin, or easy-to-curl hair
• Medium (settings 9–17): Average to treated hair
• High (settings 18–25): Thick or wavy hair

How to Use

Plug into the power outlet. Press the power button marked "I" to switch on — the red and green indicator lights will begin to flash. Once the selected temperature is reached, the green light stays on, indicating the tong is ready to use. Select the desired temperature setting based on hair type (see Temperature Guide above). Section the hair, clamp the barrel at the mid-shaft or root, and wrap the section around the barrel. Hold for the appropriate duration, then release. Always do a test curl before working through the full head to confirm the correct setting for the hair type. Switch off and unplug after use.

• The barrel heats very rapidly after switching on — do not place in contact with the skin at any time.
• Keep away from the face and neck during use.
• Do not use near water, bathtubs, basins, or other vessels.
• Do not leave the tong unattended while plugged in.
• Do not place the hot barrel on heat-sensitive surfaces. Allow to cool fully before storing.
• When storing, ensure the unit is unplugged. Do not wind the supply cord around the barrel.
• Keep out of reach of children. Close supervision is required if used near children or individuals with reduced capability.
• Do not use if the supply cord is damaged.

Allow to cool fully before storing. Do not coil the cord around the barrel. Store in a cool, dry place, ideally in a heat-resistant pouch or holder.
