The Solis 930 Pro AirVolution S1 is a smart hair dryer in matte black that weighs only 325 g without the cord. Its brushless motor runs at 110,000 rpm and reaches an airflow of up to 66 m/s. A colour LCD shows the temperature and airflow as you work, and the dryer remembers your last setting. It has four ready-made modes and one mode you can set yourself, so a stylist can move quickly between drying and styling.

How to Use

1. Plug in, then hold the Power/Mode button for 1 second to switch on.
2. Press the Power/Mode button to change mode. Press the Temperature button (red dot) and the Airflow button (blue fan) to change the gear.
3. Hold the Cool Shot button for cool air. Release it and the previous temperature returns. Double-click it to lock or unlock the buttons.
4. To save a personal mode, choose your temperature and airflow, then hold the Temperature and Airflow buttons together for 3 seconds until the screen shows “Personal Mode Set”.
5. Hold the Power/Mode button for 1 second to switch off, then unplug.

Cautions

• Follow the voltage and power marked on the nameplate.
• Do not use near a bathtub, basin or other water. Do not use in a bath or shower. Do not use with wet hands.
• If it falls into water, unplug it immediately and don’t put your hand in the water.
• Keep it out of the reach of water mist from a spray or nebuliser.
• Burn hazard. Keep out of reach of children, and don’t let children use it without supervision.
• Do not block the air inlet or outlet.
• Keep the power cord away from the air outlet. Don’t wrap the cord tightly around the dryer.
• Do not leave it plugged in unattended. Unplug after use and before cleaning.
• Do not use it if the cord or plug is damaged. Repairs only by an authorised service provider.
• Use for drying and styling hair only, not for clothes or other items.
• A leakage protection device (RCD) of no more than 30 mA is recommended.

Storage and care

• Unplug and let the dryer cool before storing. Don’t wrap the cord tightly around it.
• Clean the magnetic mesh cover and air filter mesh regularly with a dry lint-free cloth or soft brush, with the dryer unplugged.
• Do not wash the filter mesh with water or a damp cloth. Do not use thinners, benzene or chemical cleaners.
• When the screen shows “Clean Me”, hold the Cool Shot and Power buttons together for 3 seconds. The motor reverses for 10 seconds to blow dust off the filter. When the screen shows “Unplug Clean Filters Done”, unplug it.
