Crystallizing Straight is a professional two-step thermal straightening system from Shiseido, pairing a Step 1 straightening agent with a Step 2 neutralizer. It is available in four straightener strengths and two neutralizer formats to suit different hair types and damage levels.

Each set includes 1 x Step 1 Straightener (400g) and 1 x Step 2 Neutralizer (400g).
How to Use
Apply the Step 1 straightener to frizzy hair, avoiding the area approximately 1–2cm from the hair roots. Leave on at room temperature for about 10–20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water, dry the hair, then use a specialized iron set at 180°C or lower, applying heat for about 2 seconds per section to straighten. Apply the Step 2 neutralizer to complete the process. During the intermediate rinse, ensure the Step 1 agent is completely washed out, particularly around the roots. Standard usage is approximately 80g per person per treatment (for short hair). Strength selection depends on hair type, wave strength, and existing damage level.
Cautions
For professional use only. Contains Ammonium Thioglycolate. Wear suitable gloves during application. Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Avoid contact with face, neck, and other skin areas. Do not use on hair severely damaged by perms or coloring, as this may cause breakage. Avoid consecutive use on previously permed areas. Confirm there are no scalp problems before use; stop use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Not for consumption.
Storage
After use, remove air from the pouch and securely close the cap. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Use as soon as possible after opening.
