Right Color Blue Bleach Decolor is a 500g non-volatile bleaching powder for professional use. It neutralises yellow highlights and enhances neutral blonde, and lightens up to 9+ levels. Its speed of action and low ammonia content make it less aggressive on the hair.

What's Included

How to Use
For professional use only. Carry out a preliminary sensitivity test. Mix with Right Color Oxy Cream in the strength and ratio shown in the table on the pack, and apply to dry hair. Check lightening every 5 minutes. Do not use metal containers or spatulas. Barrier cream is advised to protect the skin.

External use only. For professional use only. Contains ingredients that could be harmful to health. Wear appropriate gloves. Avoid contact with the eyes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly and consult a specialist. Do not use on eyelashes or eyebrows. Ventilate the room during use. Keep out of reach of children.
