These size 04 cold wave perm rods are a mid-range size for medium perm curls. Each rod is perforated to help perm lotion and neutraliser flow through the wound hair, and the red and blue colour coding makes the size easy to spot on the trolley.

How to Use
Wind clean, towel-dried sections with end papers, secure each rod, then apply perm lotion and neutraliser following the perm manufacturer's instructions.
Cautions
Do not wind too tightly at the scalp. Rinse the rods after each use to remove perm lotion and neutraliser. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage
Dry the rods fully after rinsing and store them in their box.
