X'tenso Oleoshape is a professional two-step rebonding system from L'Oréal Professionnel, pairing a Step 1 smoothing/reducing cream with a Step 2 neutralizer. Step 1 is available in four hair-type strengths, and Step 2 is available for either standard straightening (hot process) or digital perm finishing.

Each set includes 1 x Step 1 (400ml) and 1 x Step 2 (400ml), selected to match the intended hair type and finishing process.
How to Use
Perform a strand test before full application — apply to a swatch, recording the time needed to achieve the appropriate softening (do not exceed 30 minutes; no heat needed for this test). Apply Step 1 starting about 1cm from the scalp, working through mid-lengths and ends; do not apply to the scalp itself. Development time is 15–20 minutes for Extra Resistant, Resistant, and Normal strengths, or 10–15 minutes for Sensitized. Do not leave in contact for more than 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water until the reducing agent is fully removed, avoiding eye contact. Towel dry, then apply the Step 2 neutralizer, leave on for 10 minutes, and rinse off completely.
Cautions
For professional hairstylist use only. Do not use on children, on an irritated or damaged scalp, on bleached hair or hair with more than 30% highlights, or on hair previously treated with metallic salts or alkaline straightening/perming systems (sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, lithium hydroxide, guanidine carbonate). Wait at least 15 days after colouring before use, and wait at least 15 days after this treatment before applying permanent colour. Contains ammonia and thioglycolic acid salts — avoid eye contact; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice. Wear appropriate gloves during application and rinsing. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
Storage
Store upright in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Reseal tightly after each use.
