L'Oréal Professionnel Blond Studio 9 Bonder Inside is a multi-technique lightening powder infused with a bonding complex to help maintain the integrity of the hair during lightening. There is no extra product to mix and no extra time, making it suited to damage-conscious clients whose priority is protection. Activated with Blond Studio Oil Developer for up to 9 levels of lift.

How to Use
For professional use. Use only with Blond Studio Oil Developer.
Open-air highlights and balayage: 20 or 30 vol, 1:1 (30g powder to 30ml developer).
Covered highlights: 20 or 30 vol, 1:1.5 (30g to 45ml).
On-scalp application: 20 vol maximum, 1:2 or 1:3 (30g to 60ml or 90ml).
Develop for up to 50 minutes depending on the result required. Do not exceed the development time and do not apply heat.
Cautions
For professional use only. Lightening powders contain persulfates, which can cause allergic reactions. Avoid breathing in the powder. Carry out a skin allergy test before use. Do not use on a sensitive, irritated or damaged scalp. Wear suitable gloves. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed. Keep away from moisture. Do not store mixed product.
