A double-sided stainless steel micro-file foot file with a round head: a coarse side for hard skin and calluses and a fine side for smoothing, for pedicures in the salon or at home.

This foot file pairs a round filing head with a curved, easy-grip handle. The circular head is easy to work in small circles around the heel and ball of the foot. Use the coarse side, with its raised pattern, on hard skin and calluses, then turn it over to the fine side to smooth and soften. A high-shine metallic finish and a cut-out in the handle for hanging complete the design.

How to Use

1. Soak the feet in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften the skin.
2. Wet the file.
3. Use the coarse side on areas of hard skin and calluses on the soles.
4. Turn to the fine side and file in circular motions to smooth and soften the skin.
5. Rinse the feet and apply a foot cream if desired.
6. For personal use, about once a week is recommended.

Cautions

• The filing surfaces are abrasive. Use light pressure and stop if the skin becomes sore, red or tender.
• Do not use on broken, cut, inflamed or infected skin, or on warts, moles or blisters.
• People with diabetes or poor circulation should seek advice from a healthcare professional before using any foot file.
• In a salon, clean and disinfect the file between clients according to your salon’s hygiene procedures.
• For external use on the feet only.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Rinse well after use and dry completely before storing. Store in a clean, dry place, or hang by the handle cut-out.
