A double-sided stainless steel foot file, with a coarse side for hard skin and calluses and a fine side for smoothing, for pedicures in the salon or at home.

This stainless steel foot file has two filing surfaces on one tool, so you can work through a full pedicure without switching tools. Use the coarse side on hard skin and calluses on the soles, then turn it over to the fine side to smooth and soften. A long, contoured handle gives good control around the heel and ball of the foot. A coloured edge trim runs around the whole file.

How to Use

1. Soak the feet in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften the skin.
2. Wet the file.
3. Use the coarse side on areas of hard skin and calluses on the soles.
4. Turn to the fine side and file in circular motions to smooth and soften the skin.
5. Rinse the feet and apply a foot cream if desired.
6. For personal use, about once a week is recommended.

Cautions

• The filing surfaces are abrasive. Use light pressure and stop if the skin becomes sore, red or tender.
• Do not use on broken, cut, inflamed or infected skin, or on warts, moles or blisters.
• People with diabetes or poor circulation should seek advice from a healthcare professional before using any foot file.
• In a salon, clean and disinfect the file between clients according to your salon’s hygiene procedures.
• For external use on the feet only.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Rinse well after use and dry completely before storing. Store in a clean, dry place, or hang by the handle hole.
