Joico Blonde Life Lightening Powder is formulated with bond-building arginine plus tamanu and monoi oils. It can be used on or off the scalp and lifts up to 9+ levels.

How to Use

1. Off-scalp: mix to the desired consistency. Use 1 scoop of powder with 1 or 2 oz of developer (1:1 or 1:2).
2. On-scalp: mix 1 scoop of powder with 2 oz of developer (1:2), using 10 or 20 Vol only. Do not use 30 or 40 Vol on the scalp.
3. Process for up to 60 minutes without heat, then rinse thoroughly.

Storage

Close the pouch after use. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
