The HLD A021-2 is an open-mesh cylindrical perm rod from the A021 Ionic Extra Long range. The barrel is made of an open hexagonal/oval lattice mesh in orange, allowing maximum perm solution penetration across the entire hair wrap surface. Grey notched end caps at both ends provide clip or rubber band fastening points.

How to Use
Section hair to a length appropriate for the rod. Wind the hair section evenly onto the mesh barrel from ends to root. Secure using the notched end caps with a perm clip or rubber band. Apply perm solution — the open mesh barrel allows solution to penetrate evenly without removal. Process according to the perm system manufacturer's instructions. Remove rods after processing and neutralising are complete.

- Inspect rods before use; discard any with cracked end caps or damaged mesh.
Storage
Store in original packaging or a clean dry container. Mesh barrel construction is more delicate than solid rods — avoid stacking heavy items on top.
