The HLD A021-1 Ionic Extra Long Perm Rod features a fully perforated barrel construction that allows perm solution to penetrate evenly through to the hair core during processing. The open honeycomb mesh body promotes airflow and uniform chemical distribution throughout the wound hair section, reducing processing inconsistencies on longer or denser hair. Notched end caps on both ends secure rubber bands or clips firmly in place. Sold in a set of 6 rods.
