A neutraliser for perm and curl services, supplied in a bulk gallon jug. Applied after the perm lotion has processed and the hair has been rinsed, it fixes the new curl formation. Available in a milk/lotion and a cream texture, so you can pick the consistency that suits how you work. The moulded handle and screw cap make decanting into your own applicator bottles straightforward.
