The BÔ’LAI Professional Nail Smoother is a 600/3000 grit fine buffing file, sold per piece, for smoothing ridges and refining the nail surface after shaping.

This is a smoothing file for the final stage of a manicure. After the nails are shaped with a coarser file, use the 600/3000 grit smoother to soften filing marks and even out the nail surface. Its layered, cushioned core flexes slightly as you work, so it follows the curve of the nail. The slim, round-ended shape is easy to handle on fingernails and toenails.

How to Use

1. Shape the nails first with a coarser nail file.
2. Make sure the nail surface is clean and dry.
3. Using light pressure, glide the smoother over the nail surface in one direction to soften filing marks and smooth out ridges.
4. Work over each nail briefly. Light, even strokes give the best result.
5. Brush away any dust before applying base coat, polish or gel.

Cautions

• Use light pressure and do not over-buff. Excessive buffing can thin the nail.
• Do not use on damaged or broken nails, or on irritated skin around the nail.
• In a salon, use a fresh file for each client, or follow your salon’s hygiene procedures for this type of file.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Keep clean and dry. Store away from moisture so the file holds its shape.
