The Art*s Collection Collagen Neutralizing Lotion is a professional-use perm neutralizer (Mixture No. 2) designed to fix and set the curl pattern following a perming service. Hydrogen Peroxide is the active oxidative agent, working to re-form disulfide bonds in the hair structure after the perm lotion step. Hydrolyzed Elastin and Hyaluronic Acid are included as conditioning components alongside the functional chemistry.
