Please note that our product, images, stock, pricing, size and anything related may be subject to change at anytime and will be updated from time to time. Please verify the order by call or email before making any payment. Upon order confirmation, please make the payment within 3 workings days to avoid cancellation.
Postage and Handling
Delivery within Malaysia only. International shipping is not available at this moment. It will be available soon, so stay tuned. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes. We will deliver directly to the delivery address nominated / provided by you. Please make sure your address is correct at the time of ordering. Delivery is between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We use registered post services from POS Malaysia service or courier service for all deliveries within Malaysia. Please allow 15 working days to process and deliver your parcel after making payment. Delivery time will depend on the POS Malaysia or courier delivery’s lead time.
A signature is required for receipt of your parcel. For this reason, we strongly recommend you use your office address for shipping delivery to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. If you choose a home address and no one is at home to receive your parcel, a card will be left advising that your parcel can be collected at the nearest POS office or courier service office.
Delivery fees may be subject to change from time to time and will be updated in the shipping cost.
