How To Order Online:

- View your items in ‘Items in my cart’
- Click ‘Checkout‘ and fill in your shipping detail
- Complete and submit your order online
- You will receive an email with your ORDER SUMMARY and our account for payment details
- We will email or SMS within 2 working days to verify the stock availability Before you make payment
- Once the stock confirm, please make payment to our Public Bank Berhad account
- Please make payment within 3 working days after stock confirm to avoid cancellation from NX Hair & Beauty Supplies.
- PLEASE Email Payment Receipt nxhaironline@gmail.com as proof of payment. Write your order ID on receipt.
- Wait for email verification for payment from us within 2 working days. (Feel free call us if you didn’t hear from us)
- You will receive an email when we ship out your order (Allow 7 working days to process and deliver your parcel)

Please note that our product, images, stock, pricing, size and anything related may be subject to change at anytime and will be updated from time to time. Please verify the order by call or email before making any payment. Upon order confirmation, please make the payment within 3 workings days to avoid cancellation.
Postage and Handling
Delivery within Malaysia only. International shipping is not available at this moment. It will be available soon, so stay tuned. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes. We will deliver directly to the delivery address nominated / provided by you. Please make sure your address is correct at the time of ordering. Delivery is between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We use registered post services from POS Malaysia service or courier service for all deliveries within Malaysia. Please allow 15 working days to process and deliver your parcel after making payment. Delivery time will depend on the POS Malaysia or courier delivery’s lead time.
A signature is required for receipt of your parcel. For this reason, we strongly recommend you use your office address for shipping delivery to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. If you choose a home address and no one is at home to receive your parcel, a card will be left advising that your parcel can be collected at the nearest POS office or courier service office.
Delivery fees may be subject to change from time to time and will be updated in the shipping cost.
