Directions For Use
This is a professional high performance unit.
Please take extra care when using the unit as it reaches high temperatures very quickly.

Never place the unit on carpet, bedding, towels of soft
furnishings while the unit is switched on or after use when cooling down.
Allow to cool fully before storing. Avoid wrapping he cord around the unit as this may damage the cord.

Plug in the unit. Switch the unit on.
The red indicator light will glow indicating the unit is heating to operating temperature.
Select the temperature setting.
For fine, processed or fragile hair start at the lowest setting.
For normal hair use the middle setting.
For very thick hard to manage hair use the highest setting.
Always test a section of hair first to decide what setting is suitable for your hair type.
For best results make sure the hair is clean, dry and tangle free.

We recommend spraying the hair with a good quality heat protection spray, this will help to protect the hair from heat damage.
Take a section and comb through. Keep the section tight and with your other hand hold the unit by the handle only and clamp the plates firmly on the hair.

Glide the unit over the full length of the section starting from the root to the end of the section.
Repeat the process if needed. Work from the back of the head, through the side sections and finish at the front sections.
Always take extra care to avoid contact with any skin areas especially around the neck and ears.
Cleaning and care of your appliance
Never leave the appliance switched on and unattended.
Switch off your appliance.
Allow to cool fully before storage or cleaning.
Use a clean slightly damp cloth to clean the outside handle area.
